Built on Gina Jeneroux’s globally recognized “Top 12 for 12” model and delivered via Skillsoft’s powerful Percipio platform, you’ll gain critical skills across digital, human, and cognitive domains—plus hands-on practice, peer connection, and a shareable digital credential.
2. How much time should I expect to commit each month?
To complete the program within the 12-month access period, we recommend setting aside a minimum of 2 hours per week, or about 7–8 hours per month. This pacing gives you time to complete all modules—covering video content, reading, reflection, and real-world application—without feeling rushed. The format is fully flexible, with self-paced learning, short modules, and optional live events.
